WHAT WE ARE DOING TO PROMOTE YOUR COMPANY AT THE SHOWS:
LISTINGS.
Your company name and stand number and merchandise category will automatically be listed in the MEGA SHOW Pocket Guide and available to every visitor at the show. Your full contact details and main product categories will be printed in MEGASIA, published in October 2010. The form for you to complete is available in your Exhibitor Manual.
WEBSITE.
All your company contact details, website link, main product categories, stand number and three images of your products in JPG file, are listed on the show website.
Photos can be submitted along with your online forms.
SHOW INVITATIONS.
You are given 50 invitations to send out to your buyers. These will be delivered to you free of charge. In addition, an E-Invitation is available on the show website for you to use to invite your buyers.

During July, August and September, we shall mail and/or e-mail over 250, 000 direct mail pieces and personalised show admission badges to current and prospective show buyers promoting the show.
PRINT AND ONLINE ADVERTISING AND EDITORIAL.
Advertisements, diary dates and show news will appear in printed domestic and international trade publications and newspapers in India, France, Germany, Japan, Mexico, Spain, Russia, UK and USA.
In addition, online advertising on major search engines, international trade portals, global trade e-magazines, trade association websites, and key trade websites will reach not only regular buyers but reach new buyers.
PUBLIC RELATIONS CAMPAIGN.
Prior to the show, a series of press releases promoting both the show and exhibitors will be sent to more than 100 publications and websites worldwide.
CALL CENTRE.
Over 10,000 buyers in targeted overseas countries are telephoned personally about attending the shows.
GO GREEN
The special Go Green scheme will continue again in 2010 and you can be part of this free promotion. For more details please see the Exhibitors Manual or the Go Green page on this website.
SHOW PREVIEW GUIDE
A new online show preview guide will be available in the show website for buyers.
Te be included in this free of charge promotion, up to 3 product photos must be sent to Kenfair, no later than April 1st. Photos can be submitted along with your online forms.
A copy of the show preview will be forwarded to all major international trade associations and key buying groups.
WHAT YOU CAN DO – ALL FOR FREE!
Upload on to your company website all your new product images. Potentially these product photos can be used in the following ways, if you approve use by Kenfair:
1. Marketing literature e.g. buyer promotion mailers, email broadcasts
2. Selection for the New Product Choices in the Show Preview.
3. The consumer and trade press releases by our in-house marketing staff.
