Buyer FAQ for MEGA SHOW PART 1
1. Who should attend MEGA SHOW PART 1?

MEGA SHOW PART 1 is open to trade professionals who are interested in sourcing from the gift, premiums, houseware and toy industries. MEGA SHOW PART 1 is the trade show where you can meet sellers or suppliers from these industries. It is an ideal opportunity for buyers to forge business relationships with new suppliers. It is also the show where buyers and sellers exchange industry information, and view new trends on display from over 3,400 exhibitors.

2. What is the difference between MEGA SHOW PART 1 and MEGA SHOW PART 2?

MEGA SHOW PART 1 and PART 2 both will take place at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre showing a comprehensive range of competitively priced products from the gift, houseware, premiums and toy industries. MEGA SHOW PART 1 is timed conveniently between the first two phases of the southern China trade fairs in nearby Canton, China.

In addition to the diverse mix of gifts, premiums and decor products, the smaller scale MEGA SHOW PART 2 also has suppliers of office supplies, paper products as well as writing instruments. Furthermore, MEGA SHOW PART 2 is timed to fall between the second and third phase of the Canton Fair.

3. I want to attend the show. Do I need to register?

You will receive your free admission badge if you have pre-registered before the show.

If you register before the show and receive an invited buyer badge, you can enjoy the hospitality services at the Panda Lounge.

4. Why have I still not received my admission badge?

Kenfair will not dispatch your admission badge until the end of July. In case you still have not received your badge by September, please contact cs@mega-show.com to obtain an E- confirmation letter and you will be able to collect your complimentary badge on site at the show venue.

5. Are children allowed to attend the show?

No, children under the age of 18 will not be admitted.

6. How can I get information about recommended hotels which are near the show venue?

Kenfair Travel Limited offers hotel booking in Hong Kong for a wide range of

7. Do I need a visa to visit Hong Kong?

Visitors from most countries will not be required a travel visa to visit Hong Kong if the visit does not exceed 90 days. Please to see the list of HK Visa-free countries.

8. How much does the show directory cost?

MegAsia - the official directory publucations available at the show venue free of charge.
